Armed, dangerous, and left alone

"Recently declassified documents show that the State Department warned the Clinton administration in July 1996 about the danger of Osama bin Laden. Michael F. Scheuer, who from 1996 to 1999 led the Central Intelligence Agency unit that tracked bin Laden, said the documents reflected awareness of the danger posed by bin Laden's relocation to Afghanistan: "The thinking was that he was in Afghanistan, and he was dangerous, but because he was there, we had a better chance to kill him. But at the end of the day, we settled for the worst possibility--he was there and we didn't do anything."- World Magazine

More evidence of Clinton's failure as a president. I mean now he could be anywhere in the world. When a couple of years earlier, we could have caught him.
